What do I need to rent this car?+
A valid ID card or passport (min. 18 years old) and a category B driver's license held for at least 1 year. We'll check the documents at pick-up.
Can I book in advance?+
Yes — and you'll get a wider choice of cars. Book 24/7 via WhatsApp or through our online booking system. Just pick your dates and the car will be reserved for you.
What payment options are available?+
You can pay by card on pick-up, in cash, or by bank transfer in advance. We also issue a VAT invoice on your name or your company.
Is insurance included?+
Yes. Full insurance is included: third-party, Collision Damage Waiver, theft protection and 24/7 roadside assistance. Your responsibility is limited up to the deposit amount.
Do I have to refuel or clean the car?+
No. Cleaning is included, and with our refuel service you only pay for the missing fuel at market price — no extra fees. Just bring the car back worry-free.
Where do I pick up and return the car?+
By default at our Marbella office. We can also deliver the car to Málaga Airport or around Marbella — just let us know when booking.
