How can I reserve a car?
You can make a reservation directly through our website using the booking panel. Simply select the dates, pickup location, and car model. Once you confirm your selection, you will receive an email confirming your preliminary reservation.
What documents are required when picking up the car?
The driver must have a valid driver’s license (held for at least 12 months), an ID card or passport, and—depending on the package selected—a debit or credit card.
Do you provide airport pickup service?
Yes, we offer a “Meet & Greet” service at the airport. One of our staff members will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall. Pickups during nighttime hours (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) may incur an additional service fee.
In what fuel condition should I return the car?
We follow the “full-to-full” policy. You receive the car with a full tank, and you should return it in the same condition.
Can someone else drive the car?
Yes, but the additional driver must be listed on the rental agreement and present their identification when picking up the car. There is an additional fee for this service.
